  • Superbowl champ$ return

...like I said b4, its NOT Balty nor is it Baltimorons. its the " Baltimore Ravens - Superbowl Champions!," get it right. grhhh!!

it seems we got a rematch coming up next month. u ready this time? u didn't have a whole week this time to prepare for us...u had the "whole summer!" let's see if it makes a difference in ya own house again. let's see if u gonna keep on banking on the crowd, the cold weather, the altitude, and ya past victories to squeeze out a win wit da great "non-cold" playing Peyton Manning (even though this time the temperature won't be quite so frigid). one of you guys said our offense was gonna b nonexistent once u guys shut down Ray Rice... WRONG! what was nonexistent was the pass-rush of ya so-called 2-headed mother, Von Doom!
Now that we have Dumervil paired wit Suggs, we'll show u how to use him.

besides losing Dumervil n Stokely n acquiring Welker u guys had very little transition this off-season in players, while we on the other hand have had almost a complete overhaul to our team. our new players have yet to gell while playing together... so don't b surprised if u guys take this one, but not the one that counts in da the playoffs! which I'm sure you'll make cause of that weak division y'all in.

          You're such a bully

In other news, looks like Terrell Suggs is about to hit it big as a writer..

Imagine all the worst chick flicks produced and extract the worst moments and you get close to The Coalition; it almost has a plot, it is full of stereo types and shallow individuals and is more about attitude than substance.

Sounds like 2013 Ravens to me. Better pray Moore falls for that Unibrow hail mary again.

I'm not gunna lie. If you guys get Bill Vinovich back in time for the playoffs, you could make some serious noise.

No one remembers or cares who the champs are once the season starts.

                Last year is that.

And we didnt have a complete overhaul of the roster but hardly the same team as last year, far from it.

Lot of new players in the mix.

So are Broncos fans not the least bit concerned of the rematch? Not trying to poke the coals but what is the overall thinking about game 1? all feelings aside from both sides. I think Ravens D is looking real good, our O not so much like I mentioned in previous posts. However the recent additions of Clark and Stokley could help us short yardage wise.

Nope. I never really worry about one game in regular season unless its the Raiders... Lets face it everyone knows why you guys picked up Clark and Stokley..trying to get inside info on Mannings audibles. Smart move but a little much for one game

I don't think that's the reason, truth be told I went to the Ravens preseason game in Tampa and the 1st team O receiving was brutal. Running game looked good but the receivers they expected to take the place of Boldin and Pitta were AWOL. Can the 2 new additions help, sure but like you said it's only game 1, they're not bringing them in to beat Denver only.

                          Denver did make some additions:
                          1. they added Dominique Rodgers Cromartie to cover guys like torrey smith who burned Champ twice in the playoff game Cromartie is a burner and at 6'2 a very lengthy corner with long speed he had 3 picks and 16 passes deflected with a bad eagle team last year.
                          2. In the run d Denver upgraded with terrance Knighton who replaces Justin baanan bigger stronger faster guy, also Robert ayers replaces doom at re and he is a big upgrade against the run, Stewart Bradley and Nate Irving are battling it out for MLB both are faster than Brooking who they are replacing Irving is a thumper and Bradley can play the run and cover at 6'4" 255.
                          3. Pass rush well first of all your boy suggs went up against Clady in that playoff game and Clady had a torn labrum so either doom or suggs will not touch manning from his blindside (clady 1 sack given up last year).
As far as denvers pass rush we loved doom but they replaced him with 3 guys, Shaun Phillips who is more versatile (should start for miller if suspended) he had 9.5 sacks last year with no help in San Diego, Rookie Sylvester Williams gives them a big push inside on passing downs with Wolfe, and rookie Quanterius Smith is a dark horse a guy who was a sack machine in college he had 3 in a game against Alabama.

In conclusion I tip my hat to Baltimore they beat Denver in a great game last year, Denver was really the only team in the playoffs that gave Baltimore a game, and Denver had the game and blew it, they upgraded in the offseason and I think the question is how does Baltimore match up against the Broncos with the additions of Welker, Montee Ball, and a beefier line with Vasquez, Denver is going to run at Dumerville cause he is not a solid run stuffer.
How does Flacco beat Denver you think Rahim moore will ever make that same play again and Torrey Smith aint going to be running free.
Also news flash Baltimore you no longer have RAY LEWIS, ED REED, Cary Williams, Daniel Ellerbee, and Dennis Pitta who was a Bronco killer is out for the year! How are you going to score points, remember your only home loss last year that's what this Denver Baltimore match up looks like! You are the team to beat and everyone will be gunning for you!

I have $100 that says otherwise, and as a gentleman I give my word if this doesn't happen I will mail you a check.

                              Talking league wide, hoss.

Same as last year with the Giants, doesn't matter. Outside of the first game, it's not talked about much.
