NFC is better by far... in terms of depth.

The 4 best teams are clear... Denver, NE, Seattle, NO's

I would take Detroit and Dallas over Indy and Cincy..... both very dangerous with Romo and Stafford.

SF and the Panthers are far better then KC and whoever the #6 seed is in the AFC

Always individual games we can pick out but I go over the course of the season.

Indy look really limited without Wayne and got destroyed at home to the Rams a few weeks ago before squeaking out the Titans win. They look pretty bad right now.

It's certainly possible, Seattle has been vulnerable against the run so i could see NO try to run the ball and see if they have some success with that.

Be interesting if they use Sherman on Graham, like NE used Talib but with Browner/Thurmond out, i doubt it. Maybe at certain moments though, should be a hell of a game however.

Yeah im wondering the same thing, they use Kam Chancellor on Vernon Davis when they play S.F. sothey probably use him.

Yeah so what does that tell you about Seattle and the 49ers.
The Rams lost to the Seahawks 14-12 with there back up qb and it took a goal line stand.
Seahawks were down 21-0 to the Bucs, camebak to win 24-21. I don't get what makes them far better than the rest of the NFL.

It just tells me that transitive comparisons do not work in the nfl.

Well, I never said the NFC is better, just that they are very good. I did say that Seattle is the cream of the crop in the NFC though. Maybe I spoke too soon. I will wait until after tonight to evaluate how good Seattle is.

They have the best record jn the NFL and lead the league in overall team efficiency.

Still, I agree they're not invincible. But homefield advantage through the playoffs will make them tough to beat.

SB will be played in cold, possibly snowy and windy, weather. That plays in their hands also given their defense and run game. They are definitely the team to beat this year.

Seattle made it very clear they are the best in the NFC. I was wrong I thought the Saints could win, but the only offensive threat they have is Jimmy Graham. That Seattle defense is solid but the Falcons held this Saints offense last week to 17. If anything this loss proves my point the NFC has one elite team in Seattle vs two elite teams in Denver and New England.

I keep hearing this argument and if it's cold and windy so be it. FYI last year New York was 50 degrees in February.
