Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

After a false start penalty and then a -2 yard rush on first down, then an incomplete pass to stop the clock, everything was going perfectly for San Diego.
Peyton Manning, the greatest playoff loser of all-time! He can't throw the ball outdoors in the playoffs in these windy conditions, then add the pressure of the situation and of course he's going to fold like a lawn chair! Bolt fans had their tweets and posts already typed out, until John Pagano called a defensive play I've never seen before.
Peyton was able to stay calm, avoid the rush and make the play of the game to Julius Thomas down the side line for a first down. He was able to do the impossible! I swore I've heard a million times that he wasn't capable of doing something "clutch".
But wait, there was another 3rd down, San Diego's chance to get the ball back only down 7, only to be denied again by a precision pass that was fit between 3 defenders for another clutch first down.
Peyton did tonight what Charger fans thought he couldn't do.
Thanks for this breeze of a football game, allow us to knock off some rust and host an AFC Championship game against Uggs.
Lol are you serious?? Fit between 3 defenders to a guy that was left wide open on a blown coverage??? NIce smack there buddy. :thumb:
