    Fair enough, Roy.

I'll bet newby ManningRules wouldn't be so honest.

Let me explain this in small words you'll be sure to understand..........
Brady has played his entire career in an OUTDOOR stadium in a COLD WEATHER climate.
Manning has played his entire career (until now) in a INDOOR stadium in a WARM climate.
Now who do you think is better adjusted to play in the cold?
This is like saying Peyton is 'lights out' above Brady in performances in high altitude. Hell, it's almost as if Peyton thrives on it, while Brady seems to succumb to it.
Of course Brady plays better in cold weather.... DUH!!!
I don't think it has bothered Peyton so much as of lately. In his early years it was obvious.
And I wouldn't say "Bad weather" affects him. As we all know, Peyton is the only Super Bowl winning QB to play in the pouring down rain.
You are living in a fantasy world where you think Tommy Boy is the worlds greatest at everything. Its time to wake up.
You do realize that this year it will be a DECADE since Tommy Boy has won anything..... Right?
      HaHaHa and a Ho-dee-ho-ho!

Wow.....can you imagine...Having to play in the pouring rain! I guess I should doff my cap to your icon. maybe the League should erect a statue or something for that wondrous feat!

As a big fan, I'm sure you still get down on your knees at night and thank the Almighty that He saw fit to get the lowly Bears, the worst team to ever grace a SB venue, to the NFC Championship, that season. Otherwise, your boy would, most likely, be 0-3 in the Big Game and threatening Jim Kelley's record string!

Darn, don't things get so much tougher in the postseason than they are in the regular? That's a real shame.

BTW...I assume that you moved from Ft Wayne to Colorado, after your hero bailed on the Colts, and left you lost, confused and depressed. But hopefully, your move will be rewarded with another title, after a rather shaky start in Denver's playoff opportunities, if the Fates can arrange another miracle like the Bears to line up against!

Weather "didn't bother him as much as of lately" .....are you kidding, or did you not watch the regular season Broncos-Patriots game last season?

More excuses for Brady, the more things change, they stay the same.

Never Brady's fault, always some excuse for him.
It gave up a lot of points to Philly, NYG regular season, and baltimore towards the end of the season. It wasn't terrible that year, nut nothing like our dynasty years.
Super Bowl Wins: Brady - 6 Elway - 2 Manning - 2 (played well in none and took HGH)

What does the regular season have to do with him only scoring 14 pts? You guys give him a pass? That team was built around him and he didn't show up that's why they lost.
I don't care that the Broncos o-line was getting beat and Manning had to force throws, this team was built around him and we didn't have a chance because he had a bad game period. Same goes for Brady in his teams two losses.

Worst team to play in a Super Bowl?

As a Pats fan you know that distinction falls on the '85 Patriots right?

You're not actually comparing the '85 Bears to the '06 Bears, are you, in coming up with that opinion?

It seems that way to me, but I suppose you could be referring to the score. It was pretty pathetic, I guess, but against one of the greatest Ds of all time, I manage to live with the memory.

Speaking of lopsided scores, wasn't Denver's last performance a whole lot worse, given that the NE offense with Tony Eason in charge managed to score more points than the vaunted, record-setting Denver "attack"..?

They gave up 21 and 17 points in the SB's.

Hardly anything crazy, those losses fair or not are on the QB, especially the 07 game.

Ummm no, read your post, you claimed the '06 Bears were the worst team to play in a Super Bowl. I stated that the '85 Pats were. They were the team nobody to see the Bears play. He'll everyone outside of New England wanted to see the rematch with the Dolphins.

Yeah this Super Bowl was a debacle, but it doesn't compare to '89 when we got run off the field by the 9ers. If Montana wanted to, he could have hung 70+ on the Broncos. That 49er team was a juggernaut.

                    Sorry you missed the point.

Or, are you actually saying that Manning is unaffected by weather and performs up to his norms in all sorts of inclement conditions.....?..?

LOL. Brady is 'lights out' above Manning in performances in bad weather. Hell, it's almost as if Tommy thrives on it, while Peyton seems to succumb to it.

And I don't think I'm the first one to have noticed this phenomena, but you may be the last one to have recognized it.
Apparently your reading and comprehension skills are pretty terrible because I said nothing about how Manning or Brady play in certain weather conditions. The point was both teams played on the same field in the same conditions. Nice attempt at trying to change the subject though.

In other words, getting a prescription from a shady Doc that doesn't care IS easy. Putting that prescription under review and getting it to pass the sniff test for horse crap is a different story.

YOU, made them sound that way. Not me.

Once again, 4% of the population needs it. The rest don't. You implying that you have tons of friends that go and get prescriptions from Doctors that clearly don't rigorously investigate whether or not their patient needs it isn't helping your argument, and implies nothing about me.

Made up lie, or they weren't paying any attention. I'd say that too if I was caught taking something I wasn't supposed to. All NFL rookies are required to attend meetings that explain the drug policy every year, and players are sent weekly e-mails etc. in regards to rule changes, and additions to the drug policy. Not knowing it's against the rules doesn't mean you get to do it without repercussions.

Do you believe everything you are told?

Man, you are one gullible mutha

Can you pawn those Dean's list acclamations? Because with lines of logic like the ones you've demonstrated, you're going to be hard pressed making it in the real world
Don't worry about him, he completely ignored my post where I wrecked him as you did on the same subject. College kids are so cute. It's hilarious how things change when you get to the real world.

you're missing my point and that is the giants would have lost had they played our defense from 2003-2004. it has nothing to do with brady.

True cause Brady needs a dominant defense to win.

                                --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let me guess... If the Patsies would have somehow pulled off a miracle and beat the best QB in the league during the AFC Championship game then all we would hear would be how "great" Tommy Boy is and how he has 4 rings and how he's the SB MVP for beating the Bears in a thunderstorm... huh?

And maybe you haven't noticed but the last time I checked Peyton doesn't play in a dome anymore. I might be wrong but I think Peyton destroyed Brady's TD record and set all kinds of new records last year on his way to another AFC Championship. And he did all this playing in an outdoor stadium.
Wasn't all you Patsie fans saying the only reason he broke records was because he played in a cushy dome.
I do believe your argument was Brady was soooooooo much better because he broke the record playing outside.
What say you now, little buddy?
Games benched for cheating.... Tom Brady = 4 Peyton Manning = 0
