Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Out of curiosity, was Elway ever booed at Denver?
Something tells me players that grew up in your team are hard to boo. I never saw Manning booed at Indy, Brady at NE or Rodgers at GB.
I am a bit younger so I didn't watch Elway early on in his career, however, there were portions of the fanbase that wanted Elway benched for other QB's early on in his career. Not sure about being booed but yeah... As far as teh booing yesterday it wasn't directed at one player IMO but rather the overall effort of the whole team and how dead the playcalling and overall play was.

Yeah I didn't boo yesterday but I understood why some were. Our team had no fire at all yesterday they came out flat and never ever picked it up even with the energy in the stadium early on. I think fans just grew tired of the whoa as me sulking run off the field that they got from the offense after their what seemed to be 10th 3 and out yesterday and so they booed. One guy I felt bad for was CJ, dude played his tail off and got nothing to show for it.
On a separate note. Fox's clock management was atrocious again and he does little to inspire when it is sorely needed.
When fans see good play, they applaud and cheer. There was not much of that to see today. The fans responded to what they got as most audiences do.
Honestly I did not boo.
I was too shocked to react.
I literally went from screaming,
"Let's Go Ddddddddddeeeeeeeee!"
to speechless when our offense imploded.
