I'm not getting my hopes up about anything until week 1 is kicking off and Brady is in street clothes.

He won an appeal once he can do it again. Like I said I'll pop the champaign when it's September and he is still suspended.

But for now it's great to at least think it's back on the table.

Just heard on Boston sports radio that Brady is appealing because the top judge was the dissenting judge. Get ready for another battle folks.
