  • Gronk's hurt again

NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reports that Rob Gronkowski suffered what is believed to be a punctured lung on Sunday vs. the Seahawks. He's expected to miss Sunday's game.

    Whats up with this cupcake?

A "cupcake"? Seriously? You're quite a human being. He played with a punctured lung.

He is always hurt. Regardless of his slow leak last night

I hope he gets well but it wont last.

Can't wish injuries on any p,Ayer, or celebrate them when they happen.....but Beagle has a point... Gronk is hurt every season....and it seems to be something new each time.

That being said if earl Thomas hit me like that I'd still be laying there....

Shoot, I was hurt after Gronk was hit by Thomas.

In Gronk's defense, though he is often banged up, his injuries have been legit. He plays hard and defenses play him the same way. His career won't last too much longer with that kind of abuse.

How much time is he going to miss?

I'd rather have him healthy with the patriots play the Broncos for the sole reason we don't have to hear any injury excuses if we win the game.

Reports are saying he'll likely miss the 49ers game next week though the team has made no official announcement. Beyond that, no idea.

You gotta think that with a collapsed lung or whatever it is there has to be some other medical issues surrounding that.

Good on him if he get back fast but I wonder about a longer reaching injury.

I'm not sure but I do know that they really hurt I suffered a collapsed long and high school while playing. If anybody else has ever experienced when they know what I'm talking about they do not feel good.

Broke rib can puncture the lung..even a small leak can collapse it. But I know it didnt collapse during the game or he would have passed out the first time he tried to run

I'm amazed at the players who DON'T get hurt every year. Some get hurt during warmups.
