The Doncs are the biggest cheaters in football, and everybody knows it. Whether its taking opponents legs out, cheating on the cap, or using walkie talkies.

But according to you all, rules that are on the NFL books don’t matter. After all, the patriots “cheated” because of the tuck rule and the “illegal” formations against the ravens in the playoffs, even though the rules allowed them.
Super Bowl Wins: Brady - 6 Elway - 2 Manning - 2 (played well in none and took HGH)

Seems that you may have to instruct your counterpart here. Your trying to instruct us when we all know the rules but what your counterpart is saying here completely contradicts your statement.

Just as you said it was all within the rules and if you do your homework on the cap issue you'll understand that deferred payments is the same as Tom Brady restructuring his contract to be paid over time...

Seems odd to make a huge stink of the giants doing it only to allow it the next year. What happened to shutting off communication at 15 seconds?
The reason there was a "big stink" is because when the Giants did it, they did it with normal walkie talkies. This allowed them to circumvent the rule the NFL still has in place even now that at 15 seconds remaining on the playclock audio communications is shut down.

The walkie talkies that were used ALSO shut down at 15 seconds. That is not a "big stink" because they modified the system to allow it to fit within the existing rules. You'd know that if you tried reading rather than just commenting with zero knowledge on the subject like a typical patriots fan.

And for you idiots trying to compare this to the tuck rule, don't. They didn't suddenly change the rules to allow walkie talkies. They changed the walkie talkies to fit within the rules. The walkies are now no different than a standard headset in that they shut down at the appropriate time.

Unlike the tuck rule, the rules weren't changed to fit the situation and allow the advantage to continue. The equipment was changed to fall within the rules. It's not even a slightly similar situation, but keep the butt hurt flowing.

According to patriots fans who are trying to deflect the fact that their team gets caught and punished for cheating frequently.

We aren't going to get punished for this because there wasn't a rule violation... We were well within the established rules as we were using a walkie talkie that shuts off within the required time on the playclock.

Tuck rule was changed almost 15 years later. Walkie talkie rule changed right away.

The NFL obviously did not consider the Tuck Rule that important if they waited 15 years. The walkie talkie thing was important as it was addressed right away.

Watch as soon as they beat KC, they’ll start thumping their chests about what a “great team they are” and how they’ve “turned the page” on the season. Then they’ll keep reminding us of Nov 12.
