They got the benefit of month off for their old QB.
Who knows how that old body would have held up to full season. I guess we will see after Jax, Pitt, or Balt defenses get to him. He might be lucky enough to avoid two of them but he's going to see one for sure. He's an all-time great so I'm expecting him to lead another great push towards a title. He's is, however years removed from playing a full seasons worth of games.

Let's talk about more important things.

Which AFC teams do you guys think we will embarrass in the postseason this year? Would be interesting to blow out two AFC North teams back to back (Raves/Steelers.) I think it would also be fun to watch Brady shred the #1 scoring defense vs the Jags. Then again, beating another AFC West team, be it the Chargers, the Raiders, or the Chiefs, would also be entertaining.

That's why I gave them a theme song, so they could cry along while they cry. I figured since Milli Vanilli were a bunch of lying cheaters, Patriots fans would empathize.
