While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

Hey man, the WR's just had an off game, if they'd have played like they normally do it would have been TOTALLY different. Aren't you keeping up with this thread? It's not the Chargers fault that the WR's came out so flat
You heavily implied it and don't even try to deny you didn't. You are the king of being as vague as possible so that you don't have to get held accountable for ANYTHING you say when it comes back and blows up in your face.
Who disappeared man? This place was still plenty active last season despite the hardcore suckage...
i didn't heavily imply anything, all of my predictions, all of the black and white things i say around here, more than literally anyone.
i was just saying that wasn't a typical performance by many of our players, it was about as bad as they could have possibly played outside of rivers and the running backs.

speaking of vague? this guy says very little that can come back to bite him and the stuff he does say always come back to haunt him.
yes arapaho, teams never have bad games, do they? those "alligator arm wr's " are proven play makers that have made those catches a lot in the past. and what makes a second year QB "near rookie"? it was hill that gave them problems and mahomes has a huge arm to get him the ball.
Do you think these same dropped passes or muffed punts occurred in non padded practices?
Don’t you think for a minute that perhaps those passes were dropped due to the chargers being intimidated?

Your excuses consist of the chargers losing games/shooting themselves in the ass but the reality is that they don’t lose games they are just simply BEATEN! Accept it or seek help!
again, those passes have been made and caught several times over the past few seasons by those same receivers during real live games.
why would they be intimidated when they were burning the chiefs secondary all game long? try again.
Baphs changed his tune last week saying he thought Denver will be better, and this week instead of saying he called it all a long now he’s playing the you guys are gonna be sorry card... I’m glad he is all doomsday about us now!!!
the broncos had a pretty good draft i must admit, best in the division this year, on paper at least.
chubb while a no brainer pick was arguably the best player in the draft and elway did good by taking him rather than trading the pick. really i liked the first 3 picks the broncs made and i do think the broncos got better this off season.
that said, the broncos didn't address the OL until the 6th round and it's obvious that they are not happy with their offensive weapons even with DT and sanders, considering they drafted 2 more WR's.
overall i think the broncos and elway deserve the credit they are getting from this years draft, congrats! :clap:

You came on here running your mouth about how great the Chargers were, on our boards. So we responded that’s how smack works.
You saying Elway had a great draft is just admitting the truth like water is wet the sky is blue.
Then you decide a month ago Denver will improve which is really what all of us were saying in the first place. Now we’re just a team that beat a bad team and the Chargers are a team that came out flat...... at home, against a guy starting his second game of his career.
You would never let us hear the end of that if we did that week 1, but at home playing with 70k diehard fans the team rarely comes out flat.
Hopefully your team doesn’t come out flat vs Josh Allen and the Bills you’ll need a lot better excuse than we weee flat.

I think they're fools gold, you can't continue to outscore your problems in the NFL, eventually someone shuts down you're offense and you need a defense to hold you in it. It's only been 2 games but they're last in the NFL giving up 508 yards per game, and 29th in the league giving up 32.5 points per game.
When the season ends they'll be in the 8-8 to 10-6 range. Might end up being good enough to win the West, but like All Andy Reid teams, they'll be out quickly in the playoffs.

I hope you are right, but right now, Mahomes looks absolutely legit as a QB.
