  • Wake up broncos fans!!!!!

I know you all are living in the pit of misery and have already given up on your team but you have a game to lose this week! where is all the energy you guys had here in smack when your team was good? I see like 3 broncos fans that post here anymore, the rest have pretty much went into hiding. WHERE ARE YOUUUUUUUUU?????

    Broncos 20

    Chargers 31

broncos keep it somewhat close until the 4th quarter when the chargers pounding running game starts to break the broncos defense. hope all the broncos fans that go to the game enjoy the loss, although it probably wont be as many as usual.

Well....this is one of two weeks I must root for the Broncos. They can do it! Well....maybe not but stranger things have happened. It's a rivalry game. Anything can happen. Rivers could cry himself a river.....who knows?

I guess we'll see, but I think Denver has this game. The loss to Hou was tough, guys played great and just came up short. This is a great way to get a piece of that one back.

This is a great test for the Chargers. The schedule after AZ gets pretty rough. Big games and the Chargers don't really mix well. Den 31 LAClippers 27

I like the sound of this. Put a short in the chargers.

That short will most likely be rivers, he can’t scramble all that well and with Denver’s pass rush collapsing the pocket, they gonna short him.

why would he have to scramble when he can get rid of the ball faster than they can get to him? rivers doesn't take many sacks dating back to last season as well.

pretty rough? other than the chiefs and steelers games every game the chargers will likely be favored in. what would you consider a big game in the regular season anyways? last year they won on thanksgiving, they won in London, the broncos are not a big game (other than it being in the division) yet you somehow think they beat us? you're not making a lot of sense.

this isn't the mike mccoy coached chargers anymore.

Because when the opposition isn’t getting away with holding, Denver’s pass rush comes very quickly.

Also, Cravens is a pretty good cover safety and Yiadom is becoming a pretty good corner. He’s looking better than Roby is right now.

they're not the only one. the broncos may apply some presure and may even get to him once or twice but with the weapon of melvin gordon coming out of the back field, the broncos wont be able to just pin their ears back and rush philip rivers all day.

the broncos are going to have to figure out how to stop he chargers running game as well as rivers and the multiple weapons at his disposal.

This is true but in their last 3 games they’ve held their opponents (kc one of them) to less than 3.0 ypc!

Denzel Perryman done for the season

Nobody wants to see players become injured in the NFL, but it is a part of the game. A quick slant could lead to a ruptured Achilles while improper tackling techniques could end up costing a player...

Games against Den(2), KC, Pitt, Balt, Cin still to go. All tough games against physical defenses or top notch offenses. Win or lose those games they are going to be hard fought. I don't think Gordon can carry them through that stretch and be strong enough to still make a run.

If Melvin Gordon does what the Jets did to us, could be far worse than 10...

At least I get to start Gordon in one of my leagues... So there is that.
