Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.
--Broncos Country Message Board Staff
I'm actually really shocked at the lack of sacks. Their front 7 is really good and our o-line isn't. They scrubs played well out there today.
Credit Keenum for that. There were two plays where he was toast but didn't fall down easy and was able to make dump offs in the dirt to eligible receivers to avoid a sack or intentional grounding.

Well and the coaching staff said that they were going to try and fight the o-line deficiencies by designing plays to move Keenum out of the pocket because that's where he plays best.
Funny...we've been saying that since week one, but Musgrave and company just finally had their lightbulb moment.

There lightbulb moment was brief
They said in the Booth that interviewing bronco coaches they said they studied the film and concluded case played best on the move, under center with play action and that they were designing the play calling based off that
Of course when they said it we just went three and out on three pass plays from shotgun
He spent most of the night in shotgun
Which isn’t the best for our backs or establishing play action

By the way you said with bosa coming back and the broncos losing three starting online that your pass rush would dominate
Bolts 0 sacks , I think i heard Melvin’s name once
Broncos three sacks
So how did our rookie backs do compared to yours
keenum barely held onto the ball all game, that was obviously apart of their game plan. your rookies are decent, gordon is elite.......if you are suggesting otherwise you are a laughable fool.

who are you exactly? and why did you decide to post now?
he's 5th in rushing yards, out of all the top backs in the NFL this year he's got the best average per rush, tied for third in TD's this year among RB's, 6th in yards from scrimmage in the NFL.
only two other RB's have as many TD's in the last 3 years as Gordon.
He may be good this year, but that doesn't place him in the elite category. Looking at what he's done over his career, he's not to be considered elite. This season might just be an anomaly.

again, only two other guys have as many TD's as gordon in the last three seasons. the difference this year is he finally has good run blocking.
throughout that time he made lots of plays and scored lots of TD's, just didn't have the average because most of the time he was a getting hit in the back field. a lot of it is also scheme, mixing it up with different runs to give him room to run.

He barely held on to the ball ? when he was almost sacked and smartly threw it in the dirt in front of a rec
Your gonna say a couple plays equals all game lmao!
These are facts
1. You ran your mouth about how bosa and that one dude that used to flash we’re going to dominate our mish mash online with three new starters in new positions
2. They didn’t do squat but a few pressures
3. Denver’s pass rush dominated a line you called improved
4. You was wrong

some people know football, obviously you do not.
Blah blah Blah
Gordon has 22 more carries and a mere 71 more yards than Lindsey.... a rookie!!
That’s with the benefit of a better online, a much better qb, and according to you a vastly superior and talented offense than the Lindsey and the broncos
Doesn’t sound all that elite unless you admit that Lindsey might become a much better back in the near future
