"The 2008 New England Patriots season was the 39th season for the team in the National Football League and 49th season overall. The Patriots were defending AFC champions. Despite finishing the regular season with an 11–5 record, the Patriots did not qualify for the playoffs—becoming the first 11-win team since the expansion to a 12-team playoff in 1990 to not make the playoffs, as well as only the second team since the NFL expanded to a 16-game regular season in 1978. The New England Patriots scored the 2nd most points in the league that year and gave up the 6th fewest points." All without Brady! Go figure!BB>Brady

And when you play in the AFC east... its always easy!!!

Again, the number of wins is not indicative (it's a SAT word, so you should look it up) of how good you are. The 2008 Pats beat some really bad teams and lost to all the good ones. There's not a single good team the Pats were able to beat that year. They lost to the Colts, Steelers, and even the Chargers. Get it?Pats scored the 2nd most points in the league that year and gave up the 6th fewest points. All without Brady! Get it!!! You don't even know your own team... not surprised bandwagon fan!!!

Originally posted by TommyBrady12 View PostWrong, the Pats scored the 8th most points in the league, after being number 1 the year before, so it was a big drop off (next time you Google you might want to look at the NFC side as well). And the offense was top 10 because of the team's easy schedule. Even the crap Jets were in the top 10 offensively. And what does the defense have anything to do with Brady? Nevermind the fact that the defense was 8th in points allowed, not 6th.sigpic

as someone already pointed out to you the fact that an 11-5 team missed the playoffs is such a rare instant that has happened only one other time in history, so it's really unheard of that it happened & to claim it was even due to a weak schedule? are you for real with this crap?
boy this argument you are attempting to make is beyond asinine & you simply don't have a leg to stand on.
just because you have a man crush on tammy doesn't mean you don't have to accept that it is in fact all bill belichek & tammy is nothing more than a puppet in bills game ha ha!
too bad so sad!sigpic

No, but it was in the upper level that season and it's all due to BB's system. You can say all you want about strength of schedule.. That's a silly stat to try and argue with. It's the NFL.... Again, for the 100th time, Cassell couldn’t get it done against the good teams on the schedule, teams which Brady routinely dispatches.Last edited by TommyBrady12; 08-18-2019, 04:00 AM.Super Bowl Wins: Brady - 6 Elway - 2 Manning - 2 (played well in none and took HGH)

4-1 is not a rivalry. Pats Defense will be a top 5 def and back in the AFC Championship remains to be seen.sigpic2020 HOFER!!!!
