Honestly, every year I hear how "tough" the AFC West is, but I don't see it. Oakland is a loser franchise and has been that way since the early 2000s. They are equivalent of the Dolphins. The Broncos and Chiefs basically flip flopped in recent years as the only team from that division that can contend for the super bowl. When one of them is contending, the other team is the equivalent of the Bill's. San Diego has been a perennial choke team. Give them the edge over the Jets. Overall, the AFC West has been marginally better than the East.

Sure, the Pats have only played crap teams so far. Of those teams, I would say the Ravens have the most realistic shot at beating us. We are playing them in Baltimore and Lamar Jackson is tough to stop. The Eagles have issues of their own and the Cowboys can't even beat the Jets. Moreover, the Pats always beat the Texans and Mahomes won't be healthy for the rest of the year, even if he does come back at some point.
