Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Broncos got two weeks to lick their wounds, get healthy, hopefully make some changes, and beat the bolts!!!!
Baphs and noring have business trips scheduled in case the Broncos team that thumped Dallas shows up!
Based on all the pessimism around here, can you imagine how deflating it would be if the chargers (who play in the Las Vegas stadium), lost to The Broncos?? Then again, they have lost 3 of the last 4, so yeah, not encouraging.

when are you coming back from your donko delusional homer trip?
Strnad is Denver's only possible answer to Ekeler, and he may not even start. Meinerz and Massie will have their hands full with Bosa. Teddy needs to play lights out, and based on last week's fumble TD-return lack of effort, the outlook doesn't look favorable. LAC 31 @ DEN 21
Should be a good battle- I'm expecting a little more aggressive shot taking from TB. As a competitor I have to believe he was embarrassed by that effort/attention and is ready to change the narrative.
I'm looking forward to this game and I expect our best effort.
The early lines have the Chargers -1.5. That is going to draw a lot of people in.

Oh?? but I thought blaming injuries was just excuse-making?
Dude, The Steelers had nothin, even losing Harris for a bit, but your team pretty much welcomed them back into the game. They were getting the shakes again!!

Herbert is about as clutch as you can get for a QB. the kid has ice in his veins. even with the game on the line in the face of a relentless blitz he's cool as a cucumber. the chargers ST's let the steelers back in that game. they have been the worst unit in the NFL for years now.
the chargers literally didn't have any of their starting defensive lineman, a DL that was already the worst at stopping the run. the steelers should have been able to run for over 200 yards against that defensive front based on that fact.
instead, only 55 yards rushing. shut down by a bunch of scrubs
yet you want to make an injury excuse for the steelers? keep telling yourself that bud. our game coming up should be a good one but if herbert has the ball late in the 4th with a chance to win the game? you're all screwed.

'cept we won't give up a long pass late in the game for a TD....you know, against that depleted D you just played.

as if we needed that deep pass? If you can't pressure herbert regularly and get him off his game, it won't matter. austin ekeler, mike Williams, Keenan Allen, herbert extending plays with his feet, as well as both our TE's cook and parm. you cannot guard it all.
not only that but the chargers won't need an offensive performance like last night to beat the donks. 20 points are what they will likely need. it's only going to be close if your defense comes to play like I think they will.
