The New CP System.

The New CP System is going on-line shortly (and by that I mean a few minutes).

In order to turn it on and get it fired up, however, there will need to be a period of re-adjustment for the boards.

For the time being, you will all be presumed to be Practice Squad members.

The boards themselves will subsequently correct this over time and place each user back in their appropriate user groups - Ring of Famer, Starter, and so on.

This may take a little while! Kindly refrain from flooding my PM box with complaints that stuff is broken, asking when I'll be done, pictures of your butts (JWinn, I am talkin' to YOU), and so on.

Once the system is fully on-line and operational, this thread will be opened so that all concerns, speculations, questions, etc. about the system can be addressed (within the scope of reason).

We thank you for your support and patience while we make these changes.

Both the community and the system that accommodates such an awesome community are ever-evolving, and we reserve the right to adapt the system based on changing situations.

It's temporary. As the system propagates the boards with the promotions, you'll be promoted back up to where your level should be according to your CP.

Thus, increased PMs.

Ah. I needed name holders so I could see how the masks were being applied, so I named them.

It was awkward.
And no locker room now either.

It's still there.

Yup. The system just did its "first wave" of promotions and they worked correctly. It's going to take some time to get everyone through. Give it at least 24 hours, then we'll see where we're at.
