I'd like to suggest that we create a stickied thread that says something like *Read before starting a new post* and have that post have detailed guidelines of what goes where (kind of like what Jet already has done with the welcome to GD thread http://forums.denverbroncos.com/showthread.php?t=58661)
But I think it should go into a lot more depth outlining what content goes where so that people (if they actually take the time to read it) fully understand what content goes into what portions of board.
Maybe even have it spell out how to search the board (using the search funtion) to see if a post has already been posted in the appropriate forums.
Additionally a similar sticky in the Newswire section advising when posting a link to a Broncos news article to put the name of the article as the subject that way if someone is wanting to search to see if an article they just read is already posted all they have to do is search for that title.
I realize that this won't really fix the issue of people putting stuff in the wrong area ect. but it'd be a good guide to say "hey you posted this here it belongs here, if you have any questions about what to do next see this post ect..."
