Members List update

I really hope you aren't manually updating your list.

Okay. I won't tell you.

What I do is copy and paste. I copy the names from the main list. It comes with personal information like emails. I have to delete all that information. I also have to look up each mod (for some reason, mods are not on the list). See where they are and put them in the proper places. These two things are time-consuming.

I usually do it late at night so I don't get interrupted. When I get in a rhythm, it's like DON'T BOTHER ME!

Are you using a spreadsheet like Excel? I could help you automate this somewhat if you'd like so you could better enjoy your time.

Can you give me an example of the data you have (nothing real of course) such as the columns you have with the information they might contain?

Thank you for your offer, but I don't think anything would help. I get the list from a search in the Admin panel. It automatically updates the members. I just copy it.

Username, email, join date, last activity and post count.

To get the CP number, I have to go into the user's profile. Which I only have to do for the mods.

So to make your lists you have open each and every profile? Our do you first who had had a change in their post totals so you can ignore inactive users?

Poor lady. There has to be an easier way.
