Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

My varsity team had a game last week and lost 44-7. Yeah they suck but we don't. I'm on the 9th grade team and we're going to beat the other team tomorrow.
my school is 2-1 right now and are gonna play tonight. i aint going to the game. Indiana 4A just feels like peewee football after 5 years of Watching Texas 5A Division 1 ball (I missed 2 total varsity games, home, away, playoffs, far away playoffs in those 5 years)
i mean like only 1000 maybe 2000 people at each game, psssh one of my brothers games had like 21,000-22,000 and like 10-11 thousand drove form 4hrs away (Lufkin to just north Houston) (2005 Lufkin @ The Woodlands - Lufkin: 42 The Woodlands: 35)
Okay. Varsity is playing tonight on an away game. Would have went, BUT i have a game tomorrow.....Freshman ball!
Varsity is 1-0 beating Aztec 28-16.
Tomorrow is our season opener.Not to be big and all. but the team we are playing sucks. I am starting right tackle. I am the size more for a tight end though.

Oh and by the way. We have three freshman on our team that run faster than some sprinters throughout the state. Maybe i will throw in vid.

So am I I was the starting left tackle but I would have been tight end had we use one but we don't in our offense. I should be receiver because I'm faster than half the starters but coach looked at me and said I should play on the line. I have no idea why I can catch better than the receivers too.

Ya. Well, sometimes just put you at a position where they think you will excell at. And as of right now...
I am a really fast pulling right tackle. I used to be the center but got fired.
I like this job better though. I will update everyone in our scores...
Our coach was on the Packers when they won the superbowl in 96 or whenever, but I don't play. We won our game last night barely so now we're 1-1. We lost last Friday like 40 something to 0.
