jhns...I am a Colorado State fan, but I still wanna say, Nebraska sucks, their recruiting class was nothing like CU's. CU took players away from Nebraska's class. If you are only going off of ratings, then you still are making no case for CU. Go back and look at the last 3-4 classes (which will be the players playing this year) and you will see how CU stacks up to NU. We don't have Callahan anymore, who didn't even bother with a defensive coach, and you guys all think it is going to be last years team.

Congrats on a single better recruiting class (by some random HS rating scale). Now when they actually do something, come talk to me. We have had top rated classes for many years.

it's not a SINGLE good recruiting class. it's obvious that our recruiting class last year was good by the fact that we started like 5 true freshman this year

So if you guys are going to argue that rating means everything, then how does it make sense to say that Colorado can win? If it doesn't mean as much as you guys are claiming, now that I have turned it around on you, then the last couple of pages of CU fan talking has been worthless.

I have to edit this and just add that not even all the sites agree that Colorado had a better class. Scouts has Nebraska better and Rivals has Colorado better. So really it just shows how worthless going off of ratings is.

Rivals has numerous links to verified events across the country like the NIKE combine/training camp and of course their own.

Scout.com, I think, just has results from their own combine......

I for one being a NU faithfull realize we WERE gonna suck, and not compete with th USC, OU & Texass boys untill we got a REAL head coach, and a REAL defensive cord. Cosgrove was and will go down as the biggest DISASTER IN NEBRASKA COACHING HISTORY!!! But the MAIN reason we will be BACK next year is DEFENSE!!! Do you really think Pelini will allow the defensive mediocrity we seen last year? I dont.

As for soucts and rivals, they can all go hug a root cause they dont take into account getting and coaching a player to FIT YOUR SYSTEM!! Some of NU's past All- Americans were lowly rated by theses same Rivals and other services, and Osborne and Co. were able to WIN 3 CHAMP. and numerous Big 8 titles with them!
