  • HS Player Looking For Advice

Hey, I'm a football player about to enter my junior year of high school. I've been going to football workouts and practices all summer with a camp coming up this week. Anyway I'll get straight to the point, I need some advice on how to improve my game both physically and mentally. I'm hoping somewhere among these football fanatics there is someone who has some experience on the subject. Mainly I'm looking to get faster. A little help on gaining some more strength or making it easier to get my game down mentally would also be appreciated. In case you need to know I play RB, SS, and KR.

I recently ordered some supplements to maximize what I get out of my training and wouldn't mind a second opinion from anyone who knows about this area of expertise:

Thanks for listening and have a good day

Best advice I could give you lil bro is do your work get your reps , but most importantly believe in yourself. If you know you can do it you're halfway there. Good luck on your upcoming season.

I played high school football. The best way to get faster is work out your legs. Run sprints every day. Try and jump a lot. Do the power clean work out. Eat healthy.

It's all about dedication man, you can get as fast as you can push yourself. Good look with the season.

Thanks. And I don't think I have a problem with confidence or believing in myself. Some people even think I'm a little too confident at times.

Love football and can never get enough of it so whenever I get the chance to play I make the most of it. Sometimes I even go over plays in my head when I have a little free time. Anyway thanks again.

I go hiking fairly often and try to do some running as well, but sometimes I just don't have the time. Going to try and make more time for that though.

          Thanks for the advice
