USC was the best team in football this year. Hands down.

The way their defensive unit works, and how they can handle teams like Penn State in my eyes it was a crime they can't contend in the national championship. They would surely have outplayed Florida the other night.


USC was beaten by the Beavers (who are lethal) at home... PAC 10 is the best.

On the contrary...I've watched almost every Bronco game in the past two seasons.

1 (one) of the best you say? Interesting. He has a cannon for an arm, no disputing that. He can make any throw (better than most), so skills-wise, you have a point. But...Cutler has not shown the mental toughness nor aptitude to get the most out of his potential. And after two years under center....I don't see him improving in that area.

He is not dependable when the game is on the line. He is not clutch. He is not good at reading defenses. He gets frustrated too easy. He yells at his own players. He yells at his coaches. He calls out his defense. He whines about a non-issue from two years ago. And he has no "touch" on his passes. Always a rocket into tight coverage. He puts his recievers in bad positions.

Need I say more?

Ryan Leaf had a rocket arm....where is he?

It takes more than arm strength to be a good QB.

It takes football smarts and mental toughness. Jay is lacking in both.

rivers has shut alot of people up by being the true leader of the chargers and many people have pointed out how so far cutler's dropped the ball in that area


becoming the first qb in the history of the nfl to blow a 3 game lead with 3 games left will do that, and rivers making the playoffs his first 3 years as a starter , gets noticed now that he's putting up monster numbers

You guys keep saying Cutler yells at his players all the time. I've seen him snap off a few things here and there but come on... did you ever see Marino???? That guy layed into people and he's considered one of the greatest to ever play.

To deny that Cutler is an up and comer in the league is ludicrous. The year he had was very good especially considering he didn't have a defense/running game. Look, Rivers had a great year. He's a good qb on a good team.

I'm not a Pac-10 homer but it seems that they get lack of respect across the country. They were 5-0 in bowl games and if the game were to be played, I would take USC over Florida on any field any day.

Bolt fan, Rivers is not even the best QB to come out of NC ST. Rivers could not even hold Russel Wilson's jock strap.
