I find it comical for someone to devote their sig to bashing the the team that constantly takes them to the shed, both past and present.


I would rather lose 4 BCS championship games than blow a holiday bowl, cotton bowl and whatever other toilet water bowl you guys seem to play in every year.

It must also suck to have never been alive to see your team even sniff a conference championship.

Well yeah, a bit upset, but lost to a better team so what are you gonna do?

Either way, this is exactly how ALL pokes fans are. They never beat OU so they jump down the Sooners throat when someone else does. I've seen it my entire life.

And you're gonna tell me that you never do the EXACT same thing when Texas loses?

I only do it for the sake of friendly ribbing. I don't bash anyone, I don't insult them...I just thought the sig was funny. Breathe.

Here's how this situation usually works (not sure if its the same for OU and OSU, but I assume it is):

"Big" school with a "better" history: "Oh we're sooo much better than you and will rub it in your face every season no matter what"

"Smaller" school: "We beat you this year!" (Yes i know OSU didn't beat OU)

BS: "Well instead of admiting that we lost a big game/you beat us/you had a better record I'm going to refer to the past as much as possible and bring up facts that don't have anything to do with the current arguement"

I don't know if that's how it is between your two schools because you play in the same conference... but that's how I usually see it. Big school talks smack (especially when they win head to head), smaller school beats big school, big school makes excuses on why they lost or only talks about the past even though it has nothing to do with losing that season.

I rub it in when WE beat Texas, not someone else. No biggie, its as good as it gets in Stillwater.
