Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I personally love the annual pre-season "can the Trojans replace all those guys who just got drafted..." talk.
Yeah, I know what you mean. Seriously, many of our 2nd and even 3rd stringers could probably start for a big portion of teams in the country. No offense, but I know they could for Colorado.
Hahaha I cannot wait for that. I'd seriously have to find ways to get a ticket for that game.

UCS's third stingers would wipe the floor with us. And fourth. And probably some walk-ons. And a few high school teams.
In all honesty, I don't think they are as bad as they showed tonight. I think they might have somehow overlooked Toledo, and the first two scores were so fast, the team lost its wind.

That's why it'd be smart of CU to boot Hawkins out the door like now and see if an interim coach can manage to win a few games this season. It might show a potential candidate that he could probably win at Colorado.
They have brought in some talent, they're just been horribly coached and horribly developed..
Hawkins just got knocked the %[email protected]! out. They gotta get control on those helmet/helmet contact hits. Pretty soon, someone is gonna get killed.
Hawk will hold his job til WVU. Bohn still backs him pubically. If we dont beat Wyoming, and WVU, he should be gone. If we win those non conference games, he will hold on through the season.
Problem is, I just dont know how we can win those games. The defense is just pathetic, along with the Oline. Cody is who he is, an average QB with a limited arm. And with that mess that is the oline, hes goign to get hit more often than David Carr. We have no WRs that have any physical presence.
The only positive is that D. Scott looked good all night tonight.
