Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

Too bad we probably won't. Either the same thing will happen at VT, or we'll have poor game planning like the Mizzou and OU games from last year. I really just want us to beat Kansas bad, they're extremely overrated. Either way, i'm only expecting two loses for us this year one to VT which already happened, and OU.
i would be happy if that happens because that would probably mean a bcs bowl birth because we would have to face Texas or OU again in the big 12 championship game.
if we don't beat Kansas and misery this year along with the other teams we are supposed to beat, i will consider this season a failure.
i believe Nebraska can compete with anyone but they need to learn how to finish. that was a pretty sickening loss and i wont really feel better about it until we beat a good school, misery don't count...... i said a good school we need to beat a USC, VA tech, Texas, or OU type school.

Mr. Baph., while I must agree with you, (Why the HELL did they not rush the guy, they let him run around back there for 5 minutes, and why were they not at LEAST 20 yards behind every reciever, they had NO timeouts, and a FG was out of the question!) they have a defense to compete with EVERY team left on the schedule now! Even though they must be sick about it, at least in their minds now they know they have a shot against everyone!!!
It will all be forgiven IF they can go on the road and beat a better then expected Missouri team!!!

He didn't intentially throw at a random player he was just throwing it back randomly because he was pissed.

I was pretty upset when we lost to VT, atleast we lost to a great top 20 team in VT (on the road as well) and not Toledo. I think the main reason we lost as was because all of our penalties. I still think our defense is getting really good especially Suh.
