Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

i guess his head hit the knee of another player as he was going down, from what i hear, that is why he got knocked out. players don't typically get that messed up from hits like that.
Well if you see he got hit on the underside of his helmet, and like Baph said on his way down it hit the guys knee and slammed forward. It looked pretty Brutal up close.
are you laughing at the Tim Tebow (Chuck Norris) jokes or the fact that he got knocked out of a game?
That was a brutal hit Kentucky's player laid on him. I just couldn't believe how his neck snapped forward after hitting his own lineman. Gainesville was silent for about 10 minutes after that. He's out of the hospital now, and I doubt he'll be out for the LSU game on Oct. 10. Perfect time for the Gators to have a bye week! Concussions aren't kryptonite!

I'm laughing at the fact superman got knocked out.
He got jacked up by a clean hit. He isn't dead, hell he's not even going to miss the next game. Where were his invincability powers ESPN claims he has?
You act like I'm laughing at someone dying or that got paralyzed....get real
I laugh at guys that get knocked out in the UFC all the time, he got knocked out in a football game...no difference.
Nope I can honestly say I'd never be happy to see any player on any team get hurt. Go ahead, mock a 22 year old KID and be happy he got hurt, it obviously makes you feel good about yourself.
