Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Unofficial Adopt a Bronco in 2023 is Russell Wilson. He getting a lot of hate from "Bronco Fans". I am going to support him. He is our Qb1 for 2023,

Too bad Travis Hunter will miss the Oregon and USC games. Hope the young man is ok. Looks like the Buffs will still have some talented kids but that young man is Him.
The dude that hit him went around his team mate and leveled Hunter on an obvious late hit with intent. Should have been DQ imo. I did like the way he avoided the helmet to helmet but the obvious intent and way he avoided his team mate tells me that kid knew what he was doing all the way. I do not think he was trying to hurt Hunter but he definitely was trying to make a statement.

i love sarcasm...usually its the people who dont undertsand that have a low opinion of it.
interesting game. hope both teams do well this year. its been too long since colorado had good college football
And speaking of sarcasm, I said to myself when we got the ball on the 2 yard line at the end of the 4th that "we had them right where we want them". I had little hope that we'd get it done...but we did. It was an amazing performance.
I couldn't watch the game, but listened to it until it was 28-17? I think. That was around 11:30pm or so where I live, so I gave up, figured CU lost, went to bed. Happy to see this morning they came back and pulled out a win.
From what I heard, the OL is bad, gave up some sacks and Sanders was pressured all game, the run game needs to be better, they seem to be relying on QB Sanders too much. The defense did not do well against the pass, surprised me against CSU.
Next week against Oregon will be very tough. If they don't play better than they did last night they will get blown out. I am hoping for a close game (maybe the USC game will get on national TV? if they play well in Oregon) but, I will be surprised if they get the win in Oregon.
Maybe the Buffs were looking past CSU with Oregon up next? If that is the case, maybe they will play better than I expect against Oregon... I hope so.

I’m central and was up until 1:30. But I also grew up a Buffs fan. Don’t think many neutral fans stayed up.

Me. But I'm usually up at that time anyway. Just glad I had the game on.

On west coast. Easy for me to stay up. Glad the game was exciting. Super fun to watch! Hope the Buffs can keep us entertained.

From what I've read on social media there were a lot of non-CU/CSU fans that watched the game and even a lot of non-football fans. That game broke a late night CFB record for viewers.

Coach Prime knows entertainment. Bringing a lot of viewers.
He is also using this moment to not only bring in recruits for the football team but also attract recruits for the other sports teams. Women and men.
Coach Sanders is the real deal. We lucky to have him coaching for Colorado.
