And RealBronco, I'm against the system as well, and I've stated that several times. But with the system the way it is, I don't see how Boise deserves to be there.
utah is legit, dont doubt them

      IN Boise. lol

and i think iowa's point was that none of us play top ten teams, but sparky pointed out that utah is in the top ten.

but it's getting to look a lot more plausable for this match up. i don't like it however.

i don't like the idea of playing Oregon again either, but i guess if people need to see us beat them for a third time to prove a point then... so be it.

Lol and here I was saying Kellen Moore would shred their secondary, imagine what Doug Martin would do to their run defense.

lol... Kellen wasn't even in much of our game yesterday... it looked like none of our guys were even trying. Martin was just... all over the place.

Seriously, how many times does Boise State have to shut Oregon down before people realize they're the better team? I hope they stay at #1 and us at #2 so we can beat em a third time in the NC game

That loss yesterday with this one today vs the Jets is enough to cause an all out depression, seriously.

OSU had no chance of winning from the start, poor run defense. Denver had a chance to win this game and blew it.. I see what you mean though. My college team rarely loses though

Well a bit of a surprise in the first week of BCS Polls..

                      OKLAHOMA is #1???????????????

followed by Oregon and then BSU.

now: i kinda looked at things up to this point... maybe i see why OK is ahead of us, as they've played just as many ranked teams as we. however, i do not understand why Oregon even jumped us in the first place.

we should still at least be #2

computer rankings were not as nice as that dude from espn thought they'd be last week lol.

                      but week one matters not.

I think the only logical reason Oregon jumped us was because that Stanford game had so much HYPE to it, and they ended up beating them by a fairly large margain. Other than that, they haven't played anyone significantly tougher than whom Boise has played.

OH BOY, here we go again. It does not MATTER if Boise and TCU finish undefeated, AGAIN, if Auburn wins out they are in, if Oregon wins out they are in. A one loss Alabama will be ranked higher in the BCS, they would get in. Its so unfortunate that you all will have to put up with this, but it is just facts.

I truly think in 4 years, when these Confrence contracts expire, we will see some dominoes fall.

Well until some drastic changes take place (like the conference contract expirations) we are going to be in this discussion every year. or until Boise State ends up in an AQ conference etc.

I really don't see Oregon winning out, nor do i see Auburn winning out. They might. But the way things have been going, with the #1s falling, i don't see it. That does make it a bit scary for us if we move into the #1 spot lol.

They will, we will see them move into #2 tonight when the BCS comes out. At least we shouldn't see BSU fall. we should stay #3.

                              but Auburn will fall too.
