Going off topic a bit ....

Didn't Boise St sign a deal to play a Big Ten for a future schedule a couple of weeks ago ? I thought it was Michigan ?

I think it was either a game between them or Georgia, but they went with Georgia instead.

Good game .. ! I don't fault Boise St for who they schedule and play ... No matter what its always going to be the results that matter and I think as a program Boise St is moving in the direction of becoming a household name in college football..I'm not as sure about the Mtn West but I think that both Boise St and TCU make that a much more recognizable conference

I fault the system for having non BCS schools .... I'm not saying they don't belong because of it far from it ... I just don't believe it should be an issue considering the use of both ap and coaches poll although even then I realize they make mistakes as well (Utah)

It would take much more then just one winning season for a MAC team by example to get recognition as a number #1 type team by the BCS,AP and coaches poll as is But the way both Boise St and TCU have played over the last couple years I believe they deserve the recognition they're getting ...

I think we would all like to see a playoff but until then I'm trying to make the best out of what is in place ...

Thank God. It's going to take Meatchicken years to fix that defense. I can hear it now, "Yay, we scored forty on a Big10 team! Suck on that!" I think Gee's comments were outlandish, btw. Unless, of course, it had to do with what LD was talking about. It's still probably best not to go poking sticks at pissed off animals that you don't know much about.

Actually that's why I think Boise went with Georgia, if they did blow Michigan out by lets say... 50 points, people would make the excuse that Michigan's defense is one of the worst in the FBS. Therefore Boise's win wouldn't mean much. Georgia would be a more respectable win if Boise beats them by 40.

I am actually really hoping for a BSU OSU bowl game. I got a buddy who is a Boise State fan and if you guys don't get your title shot I would love to see how you match up vs the Buckeyes.

We should all pay the refs, to blow calls in Wisconsin's game against Northwestern. That way OSU can leap their way to the Rose Bowl, and if Boise doesn't get to the NC game, it'll be BSU Vs. OSU for the Rose Bowl. Of course with Kellen Moore and Coach Pete hoisting up the trophy this time

I see Alabama winning today's game.

I also like Arizona to make the next game very interesting. I will take Zona covering the spread too.

Actually, for those inquiring, Boise plays Georgia in the Chick Filet Bowl to start the season in '11, and they go to Michigan State to start the season in '12.
