  • Ohio St Vs Michigan

    All-time series

    Michigan leads, 57–43–6

Longest Mich win streak 9 (1901–1909)

Longest OSU win streak 6 (2004–present)

    Michigan Wolverines

    Claimed National Titles 11

Michigan's football program is the winningest in college football history. The Wolverines have won a record 884 games and have an all-time winning percentage of .737, also the best in college football history.

    Ohio St Buckeyes

    Claimed national titles 7

    All-time record 829–309–53 (.718)
As we approach one of the greatest rivalries in all of sports on paper because of the lack of success the Wolverines have been under .. This game mite appear to be a cake walk for the Buckeyes .... This game is so much more then that ...

This game and the other rivalries in college football is one of those that makes the sport as great as it is and it transcends whatever record both these teams mite have ...

To be a fan of either of these two teams on this day is a feeling that is not easily produced and can only be summed up by ....

The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat!

I wont be able to post thoughts and opinions during this game until way after I just know the years of dedication I have had to watching this game in both victory and in defeat .... Game On !

    LarryDean,

Big 10 is neck and neck making for an interesting day!! Hard to believe Michigan St has struggled so much at Happy Valley, it would a big victory if they win! I don't know if Northwestern gives Wisconsin a loss! And Ohio St/Michigan should be a good matchup!! I hope you have a good game!!

I don't believe LSU will win today, hopefully they surprise me!!

      What an awesome day !!

The Buckeyes was not able to have the perfect season as almost all teams have to contend with yearly ... With that being said I always look forward to the matchup ahead ...

I don't know what Michigan St is going to do with Penn St ... I think because of Northwestern's QB situation I would think Wisconsin will win and as much as I believe in the Buckeyes I don't believe in a upset in this series for either team however because of the last few years granted thats what it would be ....

Every year is the same no matter how things look to be heading its best to wait until the games have been played as you have pointed out ... A number of teams season could have been different if not for just 1 loss ...

LSU vs Arkansas is just nasty .... I hope you enjoy the day Nomad !

I thought that Iron Bowl yesterday was classic college football I don't how anyone could fault either team for losing ...

Not to derail your thread LD about SEC football, but Peterson for LSU has been getting burnt lately so he better be on top of his game because Mallet isn't afraid to throw his way! If they can't pressure Mallet then he's going to shred the secondary!! i wonder which offense is going to show up!! I'll buy me some beer to numb the pain just in case

        Bama/Burn game was a classic!!

Rumors around LSU is that if Rodriguez loses this game against Ohio St (which he will), he's out and Les Miles is moving back to Michigan and they'll pay him generously!! I love me some rumors!

I've been watching, and have been a fan of Michigan since I was born.
Some may look at this as a good match, but IMO it's far from it.
OSU has a very very very damn good offense, Michigan has one of the worst defenses in college football, and maybe even in program history. Allot of people have there eyes on D-Rob, let me tell this, D-Rob is not our best QB, our best QB is Tate Forcier, that kid is good, anybody who saw him play last year and a little bit this year, will tell you the same. The problem is our coach **** Rod, I mean Rich Rod, only likes QB's that runs very very very well, our play calling is trash, our coaching is trash, and our defense.

Rich Rod career at Michigan holds on this game, and maybe the bowl game.
Don't let there 7-4 record fool you.

Michigan needs to throw in Tate, he gives them a better shot at scoring.

Well next year will be a little bit different.
For one D ick Rod, will be getting fired, just like before he got hired Michigan will ask Les Miles again, or hire someone else, at the same time Michigan DC might also lose his job, and Denard Robinson will not be the starter.

He is not a true QB, and our next HC will likely not be into QB's that run 70% of the time, does D-Rob have a arm? Kinda but he is far from accurate and he throws picks like hell.
Am I saying Michigan will win next season? NO, but it will be a game to watch and there is a chance Michigan can win.
