I guess it's really hard to argue the Pryor/Newton with any of these guys because there no where near the same type of quarterbacks.

So my list would go like this.

Luck, Mallet, Locker, Moore, Barkley

Just a question on your stats. How many years has Moore started in his career? And how bout Mallet?

That was an honest question, I just know Mallet transferred from Michigan.

Moore has started every game since his freshman year. So, that would 38 starts so far, I believe.

Pryor better win his conference, that's the least he can do. After failing to meet expectations of making it to the National Championship, he should atleast win his conference.

Locker is highly overrated, I don't care what anyone says. Is he good? Sure, but almost everyone is making him out to be the next Manning of this draft. He's defintley the most overrated prospect I've seen in years.

No... But you clearly stated that Locker is overrated because he won't get drafted in the top 10. Then you followed it up by saying that neither one will get drafted in the top 5.

So I was saying that was a ridiculous statement. Just because someone isn't drafted in the top 5 or 10 doesn't make them overrated.

Andrew Luck if he wants to be will be the #1 QB in the draft. So obviously there won't be 3 QB's in the top 5. That doesn't make any of the other QB's overrated.

While I agree w/the Boise people in that Pryor doesn't look like a great NFL prospect, Moore is a bit of an unknown. The Broncos give up 0.64 sacks per game, have the 4th ranked defense in the nation, and have two top tier college receivers. Pettis is projected by many to go in the first, and Young probably in the third. They have pretty good running game as well, gaining 5.29ypc. Not that they are ever forced to run the ball, mind you.

I think Luck is the only qb worth a first round pick.

i think it's pretty easy to say that as well. out of the QBs that will be in the NEXT draft... Luck is the best. Newton and Pryor have their mobility that saves them in jams. Luck has a bit of that plus he is a passer first.

Let's keep things in perspective. Kellen is a true junior and won't be coming out. He won't be available until 12'. His draft status won't be easy to get a read on until half of the way through next season.

very true. i really HOPE he doesn't declare early. he wouldn't go as high based on the two biases against him i mentioned earlier. when he's a senior i don't think there are as many QB's on the list.

Moore didn't lose the conference either. if all three teams win out there will be a three-way tie for first place in the WAC. we've had to share the title twice before, once with Hawaii and once with Nevada... and this year it will be with both of them. Unless La Tech somehow upsets Nevada, then we win the WAC because we beat Hawaii.

not so fast.... if they have similar seasons their senior season as they have this year, it will be a travesty if Moore isn't drafted first. Mallet has fallen behind and hasn't performed as well this season. also there's an entire season left for both of them to determine who will come out on top in the 2012 Draft. if Moore goes into a new conference without his supporting cast and tears it up, you can bet his draft stock will rise dramatically.

The kid is cool, he's nice, he's smart, he's motivated... but he is behind that awesome OLine thats like a brick wall and that outstanding ground game, with 2 NFL receivers... not even brandstater can bleep that up...

perhaps he got better measurables? 6ft7", 238lbs vs 6ft0" 171lbs seem to be a big difference in how you can see over your OL, but measurables is why jamarcus russel got drafted #1, and inmeasurables is why drew brees got to be superbowl MVP
