Why aren't they ranked #4? They've played better than Boise State and OK State (who I really do like)

Boise St. beat a good Georgia team on the road in Atlanta.
Oklahoma St. just beat a top 10 team in Texas A&M.
Wisconsin beat an average Oregon St. team that had key starters who didn't play due to injury.

At the rate its going I see Wis missing the national championship because if LSU keeps playing the way they are I don't see anyone beating them and the winner of the OU OKSTATE game will probably finish undefeated leaving Wis on the outside looking in.
