Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

top 5 broncos coming to town, and getting their ASSES HANDED TO THEM!
Hey kellen, heres for after the game:
The Boise State Broncos are going to stomp you into the ground. Kellen Moore has his worse game ever last week, so this week he's going to light you up so bad that you'll think the 4th of July is held October 7th
"Happiness is just an illusion, filled with sadness and confusion." Jimmy Ruffin
I'm betting a dollar on Boise to win the cover especially when the last few games have ended in scores of 51-0 and 51-34.
:orton:
In all seriousness...
this is my guess:
Boise 45
FS 31
Our offense is pretty special, and has yet to play all 4 quarters to its potential.
Our defense has this weird thing going that I call the "Break or don't bend"... like a cracker... either you are able to break through or you can't at all (that drive). there is no bend. lol...

oh and our secondary is crap or crap.
I think that's pretty close to what might happen. Fresno usually plays Boise tough at home. It seems to be one of the games they get up for.
I personally don't like week night games for student athletes. Defenses seem to always play poorly.
Two years ago when Matthews torched Boise it wasn't just Fresno running all over the place. DJ Harper had several plays over sixty yards. Both teams were putting up big rUn after big run. I attribute it a lot to student athletes playing night games during the week. Both teams were tackling poorly, and I expect to see more of the same this week.
I'll be watching the game at my parents house, so I won't be able to participate in the game day thread sam, but I'll catch up with you after the game.
Here's to a competitive game with NO INJURIES!!!!

Thank you to my grandfather jetrazor for being a veteran of the armed forces!
I'll be watching Kellen closely in this game. He was having mechanical issues last week. His accuracy was off because he kept throwing off his back foot. He's wearing a brace on his left knee, and I think he was hesitant last week to push off of it and step into his throws. Stepping into your throw and following through with your eyes will tell the ball where to go more than anything else.

Yeah I agree about the friday night games, its a little weird.

You should also watch our QB derek carr. He has been shockingly accurate on the deep ball... Always on the money in stride, without fail. It's amazing to watch.
Also, you will be amazed at how short our receivers are. Our top 3 receivers, Jalen Saunders, Devon Wylie, and Rashad Evans (not the MMA dude) are all 5'9!!!
but man are they fast... devon wylie runs a 4.2. he's the white dude
Jalen Saunders has had 100 yards receiving the last 3 years, which hasn't happened since 2001 with Bernard Berrian and David Carr.. The dude has 462 yards receiving this year, and 423 of those came in the last 3 games.
the RB (rouse) is getting 98% of our carries, and he's getting 120 ypg, which is okay.
I see us throwing it more than running the ball though.
