I wouldn't worry, so long as this is being done without any prior knowledge on Peterson's part.

If the image is being used without the athlete's knowledge, the athlete and school still are required to take steps to to stop the activity. Peterson has not been declared ineligible yet, but the NCAA may have grounds against him.

As long as the university stops this from happening (which they would be stupid NOT to do considering how great a talent Peterson is) he won't lose his eligibility.

I don't see how they could punish AD for it, cunsidering he didn't have ANYTHING to so with it.

hummm.... Mabe I'll go make a Matt Leinhart Website and make him lose eligability too.

now u see what i mean?

Were not talking about TerrellOwens.com here, were TO goes on the site and sells stuff and talks to fans, and wears hats and shirts advertiseing his site.

I dont see him losing eligibility over this - I am sure it will go under strick review and if he had nothing to do with it there is no reason to worry - and if he does well he could go play Europe for a year or two and join the NFL - right - I really am not worried about AP's future
