I would. Our defense is not good enough. I really really really hope they prove me wrong but I just don't see it.

It took a higher power assisting us Saturday to stay in the discussion after blowing a 20 point lead at home. Despite the refs blowing an obvious goalline stand on Murray 2 minutes earlier.

But I just don't see any rationale way we beat Bama even at home. We won't rush for our season average 325 like we did to Georgia. Nick Marshall surprised me with good passing against Georgia but he is going to have to be even better against Bama.

And our rush defense and secondary is soo bad. I don't see us holding them in check till the 4th quarter like we did Georgia.

And lastly of all Goergia is not Bama.

As good as we played for a majority of Saturday we are going to have to be even better on the 30th. If we are as 1 dimensional as we usually are Bama will eat us alive.

Still games are won on the field and not in off field discussions. So I have hope and maybe they can prove me wrong. Would love nothing more than to end Bama's title run.

But if somehow we win and also can get and beat a 1 loss Mizzou in the SEC title it will be interesting to see where we stack up against an undefeated Ohio St as a 1 loss SEC champion.

One thing is for sure Auburn has the offense to beat Bama,how many good running backs do you have down there? Man. I'll be rooting for you lol.....

Right on there. Defense has been sporadic for the last three years. I expected us to get leaped by Baylor, and I actually don't have a problem with it. That's a good team. I'm just glad Stanford lost, because I guarantee you there would have been idiots whining about Stanford getting ahead of OSU. As long as things stay the way they are, we'll play Baylor anyway, so I don't really care who #3 is.

An interesting thing is the possibility of Auburn beating Alabama. I wouldn't rule out Auburn winding up playing in the title game right now.

Nothing against your theory, but I hope Baylor loses to Okl St, Florida St loses to Florida & Bama loses to Auburn & then the Buckeyes take their chances in the title game. Having said that, I'm not blind & I don't think that will happen & I don't think we are quite ready for those type of matchups. But we may be in a year or two & the playoff system will be in place so we won't have to worry about this Bcs crap anymore, I do hope they expand it to 8 teams after a couple of years though.....

We have a full stable of backs. Have to with a read option offense. Also the second leading rushing wb in the country in Nick Marshall. Tre Mason is a beast. Probably easily my favorite RB since the Carnell Williams and Ronnie Brown duo a decade ago.

But Corey Grant and Cameron Artis-Payne are no slouch backups.

I really am not sure we do have the offense to beat Bama though. Like I said it's very 1 dimensional. 15 passes in two weeks combined against Arkansa and Tennessee. Saban eats that stuff alive with two weeks to prepare.

I hope Malzahn has something up his sleeve. We caught Georgia off guard with a lot more passingand downfield passes. It's going to have to be even better to beat Bama.

All I know is I want to see Baylor keep winning. They have been playing great and if they knock of Ok state I think that would put them sitting at number three. Problem is the difference between 3 and 4 is that one has a better chance of moving up if one of the top two teams slip, which I don't see happening.

Yeah, I have seen Florida this year. But there isn't anything wrong with hoping lol. I just want to see the Buckeyes get in the title game. I know, I know, it's far fetched, but crazier stuff has happened.
