-Erica Kinsman, Woman Who Accused Jameis Winston Of Rape, Goes Public For First Time-
"Erica Kinsman has come forward to identify herself publicly for the first time as the woman who reported that she had been raped by Florida State University star quarterback Jameis Winston.
In "The Hunting Ground," a documentary about campus rape that debuted at the Sundance Film Festival over the weekend, Kinsman recounts the process of trying to make the sexual assault report and how she feels failed by FSU and the Tallahassee police, Variety reports.
An attorney who represented Kinsman in the FSU adjudication process and her lawsuit against the university told The Huffington Post that Kinsman is not planning any additional interviews.
In the film, Kinsman recounts the night she says Winston raped her at his apartment despite her pleas for him to stop and after his roommate also allegedly told him to stop. She said Winston gave her a ride on his scooter afterward and dropped her off near her dorm. In the early morning hours after she returned home, she went to the hospital and also filed a police report about the alleged assault.
At the time, Kinsman has said, she did not know who Winston was. She said in the film that she realized his identity when she discovered Winston was enrolled in one of her classes the following semester, according to a report from The Daily Beast. Kinsman said she reported the name but Tallahassee police failed to interview key individuals or move forward on the case for 10 months. The Tallahassee Police Department did not respond to a request for comment on her depiction of how it handled the case." ...
"The Hunting Ground" will be released in theaters by Radius on March 20, and will air on CNN later this year."

- Jameis Winston's accuser files lawsuit against FSU -
"A woman who accused quarterback Jameis Winston of raping her in 2012 filed a federal lawsuit against Florida State on Wednesday, alleging that the school violated her rights under Title IX.
Filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the complaint alleges that the former FSU student became subject to a sexually hostile environment and that "FSU's responses to the harassment were clearly unreasonable."
The woman, who filed the complaint under Jane Doe, is seeking unspecified damages, including reimbursement for tuition and related expenses, expenses incurred in response to the alleged rape and damages for pain and suffering. Her complaint also seeks to require FSU to comply with Title IX.
The complaint states, "FSU, in concert with Tallahassee Police, took steps to ensure that Winston's rape of Plaintiff would not be investigated either by the university or law enforcement."
FSU spokeswoman Browning Brooks did not immediately return a voice message from USA TODAY Sports." ...

I hate Winston but in this case I don't believe the accusation.

Considering Winston's history, I wouldn't put anything past him. There is talk that he is a top 10 pick in the draft. The GM that pulls that trigger is playing Russian roulette, IMO.

I know he's a bit of a moron, but this is getting ridiculous.
Literally EVERYTHING is being levied against him. He's not this stupid to continue to do stuff while he's under the microscope for 39 other things.
I call BS. Just another story.

Jameis Winston Point Shaving?
I havee no idea if its true. I believe the story was broke by IBN, but it seams to be gaining some steam. There are now several brief articles on it and I just heard it on the radio. I hope its not true. If it were true, I wonder if it would make him undraftable. Here is TMZ

He probably played poorly against Louisville because of the hand cramps from signing over 2000 autographs out of the goodness of his heart.
All he has to do is keep saying "I didn't do it" for a few more games then it won't matter as he goes Pro.

Who knows if it is true... but nothing surprises me anymore.

Winston point-shaved?
New reports have surfaced alleging Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston was involved in a point shaving scheme to help an old high school teammate win a $5,000 bet.
According to the report, Winston tanked the 1st half of the FSU vs. Louisville game on October 30th ... after his buddy Chris Rabb allegedly placed a bet for Louisville to be winning at halftime.
Winston's play in the 1st half was atrocious ... and FSU was down 21-7.
FSU eventually came back and won the game -- but according to the report, the final score had no bearing on Rabb's bet.
FYI -- point shaving is illegal and punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
So far, it's unclear if law enforcement is investigating -- but we're working to find out if that's the case.

Not that I think this is really an issue but you would think Winston would stear clear of anything that could remotely be construed as illegal in the eyes of the NCAA!
Simply unbelievable ... he must of needed money for crab legs this time!!?
