No way does Georgia belong in the playoffs. They have 2 losses, they didn't win their conference and they lost their last game. Hypotheticals about them being better than Oklahoma (the team that should be in) or Ohio State shouldn't matter, because they have 2 losses and didn't win their conference.

I do think that eventually they should go to a 8 team format. I think that would solve most of the debate.
Georgia sure did let that game get away. Heartbreaking! Bama would've got in with a loss anyway, though.

I'm so tired of all of these analysts talking about how Meyer turned the program around like Ohio State had a losing program beforehand.
Jim Tressel finished his career at Ohio State with an official overall record of 94–22 (.810), including six Big Ten Conference championships, a 5–4 bowl record, a 4–3 mark in BCS bowl games, and an 8–1 record against the arch-rival Michigan Wolverines.
Does Tressel's record look like we were a cellar dwelling team?

Meyer also had the ability to get more out of his team in big games. It's still amazing to me that Ohio State got blown out by Florida back in '06 or whatever it was. I remember Jarvis Moss was dominant in that game, and then he was hot garbage in the NFL. Everyone on that Florida team was junk in the NFL except for Reggie Nelson. So long as he wasn't playing Swinny, who thoroughly owned him, Meyer's teams always played a notch better when it really mattered. So I get it in that sense.
