Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

May be..but we Buffs do not shy away from any opponent... I think you've gotta give some respect to the Buffs for taking on these teams...
It's a 10am game here so it's basically in the mid-day in Miami...they will be playing in the same heat as we are, so that's not an excuse..
Broncos can't really use that as an excuse, it wasn't the heat that got to them, it was the amount of time our D spent out there because our O couldn't move the ball at all...The heat was just something extra that doesn't help but you can't use it as primary excuse.
Anything can happen. I watched the Miami/FSU game and it sucked!! Miami had no offense and CU's biggest weakness on D is their pass coverage so it should look to be an interesting game
Agree on whoever said it comes down to Klatt. If he can settle down, complete a few passes, he is a senior, he should play al right.
I just hope if CU does win they don't come home and all the fans blaming the humidity.
Did I tell you I am done with that reasoning for the Broncos game?
The Buffs will have to play flawless to win, Miami just has too many athletes and is too deep for CU to handle them unless they can execute on every play. Their defensive line is very good, and Colorado still has some unsettled uestions up front. Klatt has been fairly good thus far, but you have to xpect that he will throw a few ints. while under pressure. In the end, if you can slow them down offensivey, CU may have a chance, but they are so tough to run against. I think Colorado's deficiencies in pass rush and wide rceivers will be the difference in this game.
CU defintely has a chance, but they cannot go and hop in the middle of the hurricane logo, no reason to get a superior team ticked off...LOL...

Haha, yeah seriously. Hopping on the Nole may not have been the best move in retrospect. I agree that this week will be a good barometer with Clemson. My roommate is from South Carolina and he is going to the Clemson/Miami game this weekend so I'm going to get a first hand scouting report from him.
I tend to agree with the CU offense having a tough time against that Cane D, but atleast we have a back that is a threat to break one at any point. Also, we have two TE's that can match up with anyone in the nation, so hopefully we can create some mismatches there. Other than that, let's hope the D can play a field position game and let Crosby do some damage.
that's awesoem for your buddy, college football games are the best...
Yeah CU's offense has all the pieces but it comes down to Klatt, he reminds me a lot like Plummer...very inconsistant...I say we put Bernad Jackson in so that we can get a dual-threat at QB..He actually out-played Klatt in the spring game getting something like two QB's and a high passing percentage...
and Yes, I agree with you about field position, we need to dominate them..they can't have any better starting position than the 20, or else we're in trouble...it should be fun..

That Miami D has some serious speed, I don't think our offense can move the ball against them...Our only chance is on special teams and on defense..Miami has an "out of whack" offense meaning everything is not in place...They defintely have talent on the Offense with Kyle Wright and their TE Olsen, and they showed signs of moving the ball against a very good FSU D...

We'll know more about Miami when they face Clemson this week...We defintely want Miami to win that game cuz we wouldn't want to be facing an 0-2 Cane team..scary thought..
I'll give CU a shot. Im not saying they'll win but I give them a shot. If you watched the Miami/FSU game you can see this Miami team is a team with some serious flaws. Stop the run and force that QB to beat you and dont let Hester go crazy on special teams...
Ok, so I know it's a little early for this, but since CU has a bye week it's officially time to start looking to the Miami game a week from Saturday.
So first of all, does anyone give CU a chance in this game? I was in Tallahassee 2 years ago and watched the Buffs play FSU tight for the 1st half with a backup QB, then go on to get drubbed and blown out on national TV. So assuming Miami will be a double digit favorite, can the Buffs make it a game into the 4th qtr or will it be blowout city? I'd like to get some unbiased takes on the game.
