Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Well, at least the game is not in prime time... I think. I'm struggling to come up with bright spots. But, that's why they play the games.
I think the longhorns could lose and still go to the nat'l championship game... Not that anyone's worried about that.
Also, I sat right next to Mason Crosby during a test today, I was tempted to ask him if he's gonna go pro this year. I don't see why he wouldn't personally.
As for the game- Maybe Texas will come out like they did the 1st half against OSU (wishful thinking), and then the Buffs miraculously don't turn it over at all, they win off 5 Crosby field goals 15-14.
This is perfect! I want nobody to give CU any shot at this because that is when they're at their most dangerous....Before the Texas and Miami game, you had guys like Lee Corso giving them a shot to upset them..but now, NOBODY is giving them a chance, just like in 01, I'm getting more and more pumped about this game...

My dad went to school w/ the two Petrino'S (sp?). In case you don't know, they are the offensive coordinator (Paul) and Headcoach (Bobby) of Louisville.
"On a given day, a given circumstance, you think you have a limit. And you then go for this limit and you touch this limit, and you think, 'Okay, this is the limit'. And so you touch this limit, something happens and you suddenly can go a little bit further. With your mind power, your determination, your instinct, and the experience as well, you can fly very high."
