Ranked #1 or #2 nationally, depending on the recruiting service.
Florida did extremely well, even with 4 decommittments to other schools.
Stars abound in this class, and the headliners are QB Tim Tebow and WR Percy Harvin.

More importantly, UF met its requirements at positions where depth was needed.

Florida celebrates high recruiting classes like Alabama celebrates 12 National Titles.

Think you meant to say Texas, not Florida.

UF is a well rounded athletic university, and does not have to resort to being good and boasting about it in one particular sport.

While 'Bama is trying to find the next Bear Bryant, UF has the first Urban Meyer.

All Florida has is a coach that excelled in the MAC and MWEST. Come talk to me when he has actually done something rather than recruit good talent.

Alabama is 10thish, they signed a lot of good talent including probably the best OLman coming out of high school in about 10 years.

I think Florida has prolly had more "high recruiting classes" in the last 13 yrs than your tide has titles, during that same period.

              FYI:
Over the course of NCAA record keeping, OU has been named by some or all of the different services that 'vote' on the National Champion (pre BCS) 16 times, since 1949.

Your tide has ALSO been named a total of 16 times......but you have to go back to 1925 to get that total.

              Just a fun little tidbit.

I didn't expect much. I just thought that we would improve on 85th from last season.

But I do expect us to beat CU's ass into the ground come the Rocky Mountain Showdown.
