I don't know how often that is the case, however many top notch athletes have to go to a JUCO because of their grades. After getting their grades up they transfer to bigger schools. Two players that come to mind Mike Rozier and Chad Johnson both of whom played at JUCOs before moving on to I-A programs.

...plus their's a certain ex OU QB that won a national championship that came from one.....


...and not to mention, but he's also got enough brains to be their current QB coach.

Brady already has a ticket to the HOF and Plummer is not going to make it unless he pulls off some great SB victories real quickly. Junior college is a bunch of guys that couldn't make it into a good college which = worse than high school which at least still has the players making it into division 1a schools. Last I knew, junior COLLEGE was NOT high school (note the capitalized letters).
One team (fuskers) is a passing team (like indy), whereas the other (OU) is a running team (ala denver). Does plummer have the same kind of numbers as manning?

Before you attempt to make this an argument of intellligence, I suggest you pinch yourself and wake up first.

Taylor was also throwing to FRESHMEN. That is a pretty lame excuse when it goes both ways.

70 more completions, 640 more yards, and 9 more TD's is a big difference. Who cares if they had a close QB rating. How does that matter at all? Bomar was obviously far worse because they decided to not let him throw nearly as much. There are a lot more to the stats than just the qb rating. Also, who ever said Taylor was anything special? The only thing said was that he is better than Bomar. Taylor had far worse recievers and running game. I do not get where you think the two even compare.

So now while you are defending him, where is he now? I will bet you anything that Taylor once again has a better year than Bomar. I will even add to that and say I will guarantee you Taylor has a better year this year than Bomar ever has.

Also, I almost forgot. You do know that Taylor came from junior college right? Last year was his only year playing at this level and speed. Please do a little bit of research if you are going to make an argument so you at least can sound like you know partially what you are talking about.

Junior college is playing against all of the high school kids that couldn't make it to a real football team so I don't even want to see an argument that he had experience at a higher level.

You are pretty much saying because only the QB rating is so close that they are close in talent....

If you go by that then you are saying Plummer was as good as Tom Brady last season because they have about the same difference in passer rating. Don't you think that statement sounds a little dumb? If not then whatever, Plummer is as good as Brady and Bomar is as good as Taylor. Good logical answer.
