Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

We had a lot of depth throughout our DE's last year. Because of that, we had a steady rotation with them.
Our LB's got sacks, too because almost all the pressure was on the DL, leaving the LB's free.
We would have had a lot of depth if our best DE didn't get injured a few days before the game. And if our primary backup didn't get injured the first game.
If your linebackers got so many sacks and your D-line got less sacks than our D-line, then how can your D-line be better than ours if ours had more sacks?¿ Our D-line is so good that we don't have to blitz our linebackers to get pressure on the QB, like you guys have to.

Because people had to focus on our out of control d-line, especially since almost all our starting and some backup linebackers where injured. They figured they could get away with not paying as much attention to the LB's and focus on the d-line. Unlike your team. We showed them though, and our dl still did great. Also the d-line is responsible for a LOT LOT LOT more than just sacks. Your argument is not good.
so, you can't go and change a running QB into a passing one. Nebraska should not try to switch into something they're not.
You don't even know who Nebraska is do you? You make 0 sense and now you are just beginning to look bad. Who is changing a running QB into a passing QB??? We changed the system and got a passing QB.... I think you need to keep up with the team and learn something about football before posting.
My point was that most of Blake's players aren't on the field, yet.
Dude, I am not gonna listen to anybody back up John Blake. He practically ran our program into the ground. The worst coach in our history, by far. The only good things we got from him were...
1. I got tickets for 5 bucks in high school.
2. His (and our) demise led to us hiring Bob Stoops.
And that is all. I dont care that he was a good recruiter. So what. They all quit when he was coaching. He is a joke.

What was Bill Callahan's record his 1st year?
Wasn't that the year he was trying to change players into something their not?¿
