Here's my advice... Keep throwing passes non-stop every day, take a 3-step drop, aim at something and try to hit it(Not in your house of course)... Just keep doing that for like 3 hours non-stop everday... Eventually your accuracy will increase and your arm strength will increase also...
But other than that... Lift too -- it does wonders...sigpic

Also, practise the throwing motion with a weight. Start low and work your way up.
Tricep dips will also help as will bicep curls.

Core does do wonders...i worked alot with resistance as well...got me to the all star game last year!
It sounds like you dont have much competition so as long as you work hard you should be fine.
I was also known for using my feet alot so running ability is a plus...the defense cant stop you when you have the ability to run...they freeze up.
Are you playing D too? I played FS last year so its important to keep your stamina up.

but here is that more in depth...
the best thing you can really do appart from doing weights to get stronger...
is to like fill a football with water instead of air...
and throw with that many times a day...
everyday...
and try to hit targets not by touch passes... but by straight throws...
its caled "resistance training"...
sprinters run with a parachute to make running harder...
basketball players use ankle led weights all day long so when they take them off on the filed they feel way lighter and faster....
(start by filling it only a bit and as you get stronger... fill it more...)
so repeat throwing with a water filled ball...
making sure your mechanics are correct....
...
rest for an hour or so...
and then get a normal ball...
and go to training...
and throw for touch and repetitions...
this will make the musles that you use for throwing stronger...

I play QB too. Throwing is probaly the best way. I would just go play catch all the time with my friends. You can also by weighted footalls they help a lot, I have one.
