I saw that our supposed "all-star" freshman QB went missing because he doesn't like his spot on the depth chart. We also brought in another good QB and that kid will most likely show up anyways. I'm sure just because of how hyped he was they will give him 2nd string or so since Taylor doesn't get injured and is going to start all year no matter what. I say Taylor won't get injured because that guy took a lot of huge hits for a while and always popped right back up. That is one of the most impressive things I saw from him when he first came here.

That might hurt a little to lose Bowman but the CB's haven't been the strong point of the Husker defense so I don't think it will hurt a lot.

Yeah, I didn't remember that kid getting any preseason hype, so you could be right. But that Beck kid is a moron. Just go in and freakin earn it. If I was Callahan I would do something servere to that kid to let him know how stupid he is. Also would show the team that he means business.

He was supposed to be good. I just don't think there is much of a talent difference between the 1-4 corners right now. None of them are supposed to be anything really special. Again though, the Husker defense has never really been built around the secondary as much as the linebackers and d-line. I am curious to see who takes over the safety spot though. That is the one position I have questions about and I think is open right now.

This just gives him a chance to start earlier now. Andre Jones is a 5 star recruit and the number 4 juco recruit last year according to rivals.
