        Guys, stop complaining about hills and 40's and gasers. You can complain after you run 8 200's after a good practice. That what we have to do. Just think about if we have a bad practice, than its about 10 200's

              I was about to say the same thing..Only we run Terrible 20's..You start in the back of the endzone and you do 20 push-ups then you sprint down to the back of the other endzone and do 19 sit-ups then back and do 18 push-ups and back and 17 sit-ups and all the way down..

              But we only do those 2 times a week, the other days we just do sprints..

                      what do you mean you couldn't do 20 pushups? were you exhausted from running for 2 hours straight, so that you didn't have any more energy left to do pushups? because when i'm totally exhausted then i can't do pushups either. but if you mean you couldn't do 20 pushups while completely rested, then you need to quit the football team and enroll in fat camp right this minute. RIGHT THIS MINUTE!
