  • Good Game Texas

    Good game.

I really would've liked to see us win that game, though.

I think you should recognize that we had that game won, but lost thanks to poor ball handling.

I'm not gonna make excuses, though. The better team won today. Hopefully we've figured out that Nebraska is better than OU, though.

I guess we'll see y'all in the Big 12 Championship, hopefully.

    Go Huskers.

We've definitely earned some respect, though.

      Just keep your chin up.
      Go Huskers.

I am beyond pissed about that game today. The HUSKERS are my team and they really let one get away. :brick: :hammer: Go BIG RED!

I watched a bit of that game...I was shocked to see the final score!

Did anyone check the border battler out? YEY WYOMING WON!
          ...capture it...remember it...

That was a good game to watch.

I can't believe NE fumbled it away though. The chances of that happening have to be about 1000 - 1.

            Oh well....

Yeah, I had a feeling something bad was going to happen in the game in the pit of my stomach. The only time Nebraska made scores is when I wasn't watching the game. And then Nunn fumbled when I was watching the game. We had it in the bag too, just a great hit by whoever it was that hit him, helmet right on the ball.

Nebraska fans, Good Game today! I really wanted to see how MC Coy would handle the pressure of coming from behind and to see if TX defense could step up when needed too.
I have to admit, you guys had me worried down the stretch.
Still a lot of football left!
                Good Luck!

How did losing show you're better than OU?

Again, nicky, your logic is quite lacking......

So I suppose the fact that OU walloped ISU worse than your fuskers did just negates what you're saying, right? :nono:

                      Umm, let's see...

Oh, leading when there is less than a minute in the game (was OU ever leading in the 2nd half?).

We played ISU at Ames, and played much more conservative than y'all did (see: Running your heisman caliber RB late in the 4th when you've got a comfortable lead).

You're in some serious denial if you think OU is better than NU...

Hmm, 3rd and 3 against the 2nd best rush D in the nation?

Leave it to the worst HC in the league to not have a chance in your meeting...

i'm sure the odds are a little close than that, considering that's almost exactly what happened to cu against georgia. if charles had held onto the ball instead of fumbling late in the game, we would have won

denial is not being able to admit a faulty logic.......
                            a. your team barely beating ISU while OU soundly trampled them......
                            b. your team losing to TU AT HOME, where their PK can't make chip shot FG's/EP's....while OU lost to them on a 'neutral' spot, with a converted WR playing QB.
                            c. OU got screwed in Oregon, so they should really only have 1 loss

See, I can spin it too......

Until OU/NE actually play EACH OTHER, you simply cannot say one is better than the other.....
...and until you can swallow/digest that truth, you're just a silly homer.....

If they could have not fumbled or recovered that last one, they would have had the win. Texas played good though and beat Nebraska. I still think it was a preview of the Big 12 championship game and Nebraska is finally getting good again.
