As deserved, a report was released saying Florida WILL play OSU in the national championship after winning the coaches and AP poll (finishing second that is.)

Good! They deserve it. For any Big 10 fan, you have no idea at all how much harder the SEC is.

Agreed, this game will evoke memories of that USC-OU orange bowl a few years back. Now watch Michigan lose the Rose Bowl because they are bummed about missing out on the NCG. That seems to happen every year.

Tell me why you think Florida won't be able to compete with OSU, because aside from thinking that Michigan deserves to be in and not Florida, I haven't heard one reason to back up what you're saying.

Florida's played the toughest schedule in the league this year and they weren't once even CLOSE to blown out. I highly doubt OSU will be THAT much of a problem.

The SEC is the best college conference, but Florida can't handle Troy and The OHIO STATE.

The Michigan vs OSU game had the biggest ratings of ANY Football game. The rematch for the Championship would be even bigger. There is no way Florida deserves that bowl over Michigan.

There are reasons people hate the college system, and this is it. Why on earth would Florida deserve it over Michigan? The team they lost to was rated a lot lower than the team that gave Michigan its one loss.

Michigan beat two teams that are ranked in the BCS top ten, and lost only to the #1 ranked team in the nation. In a league that wants to match up the two best teams to find out the Championship, there is no WAY you can tell me, seriously, that Florida is a better team than Michigan.

They didn't beat FSU by an exactly "Comfy" margine, a team that recently lost to NCSU, so you would think FSU sucks, and would get annihilated by Florida, yet, only by 7 they won, OSU, a superior team, Michigan has proved they are a powerhouse, and could probably beat Florida, so if they can beat Florida, and OSU can beat Michigan, a team that probably could beat you, then OSU will win, maybe not big, but will win.

Notre Dame was overrated, and Wisconsin is not nearly as good as Auburn.

ahahahaha the ACC is the standard of excellence this year? wow, i guess BC, Maryland and Georgia Tech are powerhouses now?? as for the sec, i think they should be called the jekyl and hyde conference, LSU, tennesse, auburn and georgia have all been among the most inconsistant teams in the nation....one week they look like NC contenders, the next week they look like D-2 teams.....ya i guess texas and notre dame are overrated

guess this is just another example of why the NCAA NEEDS a playoff system, first the auburn travesty, then USC being left out and now this year when there is nothing but personal opinion deciding the NC game when there is a clear #1 and 2 clear #2s

No, but I'm just saying, they are #1 for a reason, and the SEC is one helluva conference, and Florida is one helluva team for finishing that good in the SEC, but I'll stick with my recent statement, like you are with this argument.
