Boise State's offense seemed to not have been told about how Oklahoma's defense would destroy them.

I would like to see a football play-off but there is no way the BCS schools would allow it to happen. They would never allow the possible loss in revenue and recruiting.

Well, thanks for the input guys.

I got a bowl win so I guess I could shut up and be happy about it.

Sucks that I just lost my coach.

    Oh well............

    Sigh..........

No one in the NFL goes undefeated because they have a playoff. Look at us, we're gonna be 10-6 at best. Do you think a team with 6 losses would ever make it to a NC game? The NCAA is much more predictable, so it's not like a team barey good enough to get into a Bowl Game is gonna have a chance at beating the best team, unlike the NFL.

If you're good enough to be the best in the country, you should beat everyone you play. Is there any disagreeing to that?

Then what do you do if 3 teams go undefeated? Or if there is 1 undefeated team and a slew of 1-loss teams? (like this year) The BCS is a retarded way to do the national championship. Division-1A college football is the ONLY sport in mainstream America without a playoff system. Are you saying that they have it right and that every single other sport has it wrong? I find that highly unlikely.

Sure was mighty dominating win against Wyoming (17-10) and San Jose State (23-20).

OU has played 3 teams with statistically better offenses than Boise St (Nebraska, Oregon, and Texas Tech). All of those were wins, except for the blown game against Oregon.

It may seem weird that a Nebraska fan is fighting for OU, but I'm really tired of hearing about Boise State. They are just like BYU from a few years back. They were whining of all sorts that they didn't get a BCS bowl game...next week, Hawaii hangs 70+ on them...

Some teams are just never gonna be good, Boise State is one of them.

How many ranked teams did they play?

Its rather easy to dominate a D when they suck

I don't agree with that. Yes, Oklahoma is a good team, but they are probably best suited opponent for Boise State. In my opinion, I think Boise St. really has a chance to win this game, not just make it close.
