Do you really think CJ is going #1? I think he's awesome, but with Adrian Peterson, Brady Quinn, Dwayne Jarrett in the draft, he would slip a bit... if the Raiders are #1, they'll get Adrian, which is scary if he can stay healthy...
fight u dwn the fied..cu must win.. fight fight fr Victoy..cu knows no defet! so roll up the mighty score, Never Give in!!...shouler to shulder we will FIGHT..FIGHT ... FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!

I think Quinn is only debatable player you mentioned to go above Calvin.

Just because of his position and he is a prototypical QB.

Calvin is a freak and would open up the run and they can get a RB in free agency.

If I was raiders and had #1 I would trade down to around 4-5 and get Calvin peterson or long whom ever drops because of the amount of holes on the offensive side of the ball.

I think trading down would be a great idea... maybe even later... They can get a really good RB through a trade, and maybe even go down to 7-8 in the draft and get Dwayne Jarrett or somebody... Lets just hope Raiders don't finish last in the NFL (although its good smack...lol)..

I would not mind them getting last or second to last if they get quinn over those other guys

Not horrible for your first...some things you should know....

Tampa's sticking with Simms, they won't draft Quinn. They already offered him an extension. Laurenitis isn't elgible to declare...

Other small problems, but I haven't made my first for THIS year yet.

Look for that some time around Super Bowl time....

Substitute Posluzny in for Laurenitis then. The Raiders should draft Quinn, but I don't think they will (stupidity.) I don't think the Lions will take Quinn because Kitna's doing a decent job for them behind, by most accounts, a horrid O-line.

CJ's amazing but i don't think he's going to go first. It all depends on who's got the number 1 pick and what they need.

As of right now, the Lions have it, and knowing how much they love their 1st round receivers, it could happen. But they should draft either a franchise LT or Brady Quinn. Raiders should go with Adrian Peterson, Calvin Johnson, or Brady Quinn as well. I have them taking Johnson because both Porter AND Moss could be gone come next season.

No, I agree with some of the things. CJ has a legit shot at going #1 overall.

And I think the Raiders aren't THAT stupid, they know they need a QB, they'll take Quinn.

I'm not sold on the Lions NOT taking a QB...Kitna started off fine, but lately has been anything but impressive.

They may look for a QB early round 2 (see Russell, possibly a Brohm or a Smith if they fall.)

We'll see....I changed my mind a little bit though, I'm starting to get into this...my first mock may come at the end of december.

                        Moses over Woodley?

No way in hell did Shanny not learn his lesson in not going after a player like this (see: Shawn Merriman and/or Demarcus Ware).

Woodley is slightly bigger than Moses and actually projects more as a 4-3 DE than Moses. So Moses is more comparable to steroid boy and Ware in that regard.

Oh as dumb as this sounds, if Troy Smith is there i will be praying for KC to take him.

He should be there, the question will be, will Herm see the obvious need for a
playmaking QB and not just another, lets rely on the rest of the team QB.
Also, Semardjiza will go before Jarret IMO. And i wouldnt mind Sindey Rice here in KC.

Adrian Peterson #3 after an injury? I figured he'd drop a bit for that, and i guess
your assuming Jarret is coming out and Bush isnt?

Adrian Peterson will put up ridiculous combine numbers and cement his status as a top 5 pick. I believe Jarrett and Bush will both declare, but yes your right; Bush will likely be a first rounder as well.
