Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

That happened like 3 years ago. I'm don't care about that anymore. It's just that it seems as if the media and the ncaa love usc and it seems that usc can do whatever they want and not get in any trouble, and when 3 players from ou do something wrong then they have to get their wins taken away from every game those players played in.
That game might not even count if usc gets caught for the rules they were breaking with reggie bush. But it probably won't happen because the ncaa doesn't want to hurt usc's chances of winning.

I was joking. I always root for the MWC for the same reason. If MWC teams are doing good, then the bowl comitee will allow more teams into bowl games, and the conference winner will get a better bowl game than just another lousy bowl against the #4 or #5 team from a different conference.

ESPN’s John Clayton reported that McKenzie is expected to review Jackson’s performance for the next week or so. Clayton reports that the odds favor Jackson staying in Oakland, but a decision has not been made.
